One of my favorite things about spring are brunches with my friends and family! Today I am sharing literally the easiest and yummiest brunch idea. These delicious extra big flower cinnamon rolls are the easiest brunch recipe to make and they make such a cute addition to your spring or Mother’s Day brunch table!

Use Pre-Made Refrigerated Rolls
The thing that makes this brunch recipe so easy to create is the fact that you can use pre-packaged cinnamon rolls! Be sure to use Grands extra large cinnamon rolls to make these flower shaped brunch rolls. The Grands rolls are rolled up so they’re easy to unroll and create different shapes. I used to two of the Grands cinnamon rolls for each flower roll.
5-Minute Brunch Idea
This is seriously a recipe that you can whip up at the last minute. It only takes 5 minutes to shape these rolls, then pop them into the oven and you have a super cute, delicious brunch recipe in under half an hour!

Easy Brunch Flower Cinnamon Rolls
Easy Brunch Flower Cinnamon Rolls. Use refrigerated cinnamon rolls to create these super easy and delicious flower-shaped cinnamon rolls that are perfect for Mother's Day or Spring brunches.
Ingredients
- 2 rolls Pre-Packaged Grands Cinnamon Rolls
- 1 package white icing (optional)
- sprinkles optional
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350-degrees.

Unwrap Grands Cinnamon rolls

Lay a piece of parchment on a cookie sheet

Unroll one of the pre-made cinnamon rolls. Cut it in half.

Take one half of the cinnamon roll and roll it up;

Place the rolled up section on the parchment paper.

Take the other half of the cinnamon roll and make petals.

Unroll another cinnamon roll and continue making petals. Each flower should have 5 petals.

Once you have arranged the petals around the center, pinch the centers of the petals to the inside of the flower.

Continue making flower centers and petals until you have 6 flowers.

Once all flowers are created, place cookie sheet into oven.

The cinnamon rolls need to bake for 18-20 minutes, but set your timer for 10 minutes.

Once timer goes off after 10 minutes, take the flower cinnamon rolls out of the oven. You can use a spoon to open up any dough that is starting to stick together to help maintain the flower shape.

Once you have adjusted the petals, put the cookie sheet back in the oven and continue baking until the cinnamon rolls begin to brown.

Take cookie sheet out and let the cinnamon rolls cool a little, then add the included frosting onto the flower-shaped cinnamon rolls.

Optional – you can add white frosting on top of the cinnamon rolls if you want them to be extra sweet.

Optional – sprinkle some cute colorful sprinkles on top.

How to Make Flower Petals Retain Their Shape
As your flower shape cinnamon rolls bake, they can puff up and lose their shape. I discovered that if you take the cinnamon rolls out 10 minutes into baking, you can use a spoon to shape the petals and it will help them retain their flower shape. Then once you’re done doing that, you can put the cookie sheet back in the oven and let it continue baking until the dough is baked through.

There are many shapes you can use to create different shape cinnamon rolls. Some ideas are Hearts, bunnies, even ornament shapes for the holidays.
