Riley Blake Fabric Fest & Fabric Giveaway ($100 value)!!

For the past couple of years I have had such a fun time being part of Riley Blake’s Design Team. I have only been sewing for a couple of years so being on this team with so many AMAZING sewers has been a Dream-Come-True.

And I am so excited to share that Riley Blake is throwing a super exciting event — the Riley Blake Fabric Fest this September. It’s going to be such an amazing time for people to take all kinds of awesome classes related to sewing, plus lectures, entertainment and make-and-take projects.

If you’d like to learn a bit more about what Fabric Fest is all about then just follow some of the links below! Each teacher will be talking about their class a little bit so you can get a great feel for what is being offered.

  2. My granddaughter has a room in our home but I haven’t decorated it yet. I need a to make a comforter and pillows curtains and a canopy over her rod iron bed my sister found on the curb side( very exciting find)

    I am starting up my own sewing business, so there are a ton of things I want to make! I want to make some car seat covers, nursing covers, baby blankets, some custom baby bedding, clothes, burp rags, diaper and wipes cases. Just to name a few. :)

    I would like to make a quilt for my father who recently found out he has Diabetes. He’s 87 years old and lives in Western Washington state. It’s cold and wet up there more often than not so I think he would enjoy a quilt that would keep him warm physically and warm his heart. It would be made by me, the only one who sews at all in the family. I’m fairly new at this quilting craft but I love learning new things and creating quilts and throws for others. I hope I win. It would be a JOY!

    I recently started sewing with my mother in-law ( she quilts and sews like crazy) while my daughter takes her naps and i think it would be much fun to create something amazing with her. She loves Riley Blake fabric and constantly tells me how amazing the fabric is. I have been making some cute ruffle dresses, rompers, pillocase dresses, and I am definitely looking firward to making some more and this fabric would be perfect. Thank you for the opportunity!

  12. I have 20 great-nieces & nephews so summer clothes, bibs and burp cloths are always welcome. I think what I’d do first though is make some ruffled pillow cases for my newly painted bedroom.
