After School Snack Idea Avocado Naan Pizzas that kids love!

I am always looking for EASY dinner ideas and after-school snack recipes! This one is a favorite of ours. We love it because its easy enough that my kids can whip it up themselves but is also a great dinner recipe to make when I am running short on time.

The part that makes this recipe so easy is that the base of the pizza is made out of naan bread. This saves time and make it SO easy to make.

To make these quick Avocado Naan Pizzas, just line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Then put your naan bread on the baking sheet, spread a layer of quacamole. You can also whip up a batch of Avocado Hummus and use that. It’s so good!

Then top with cheese and broil for 5 minutes until the cheese is bubbling.

Take the baking sheet out of the oven and top the pizzas with tomatoes and chives.

Serve and watch your kids devour them!

You can also make a batch of avocado naan pizzas and serve them with a side salad for a SUPER easy dinner idea!

My kids also love making them after school and if they don’t want to use the oven, they can put a pizza on a plate and microwave it for 30 second and eat it like that. If you like your pizza crust crunchy on the bottom, then put your oven on 400-degrees and pop the pizzas in for about 5-7 minutes.

Using naan as a pizza crust is brilliant! You could top it with whatever each family member likes. Love this idea:) The crust is always the hardest part…
