I’d love to win this camera so I could document both my baby sisters weddings coming up as well as the last moments I’ll have with my dad as he’s losing his long battle with Muscular Dystrophy. I want to keep those memories. I plan on a humanitarian trip to Africa and this would be perfect to document that. I was sexually assaulted and want to help others who have been in similar situations of that and domestic abuse which has harassed to some beloved kids I know. Is like to take pictures of these survivors that they can keep, look at, and see how beautiful and worth it they are! Volunteering at the animal shelter a new camera would be amazing to take pictures of the animals for adoption. Show all different sides of them and emotions. It really helps them get adopted. This would be AWESOME! We so need a new play set, our boys have completely outgrown our little step 2 set and I just can’t bite the bullet to buy a new one…I’m so cheap!
As I sit at my mother’s hospital bedside we are likely less than 24 hours from removing her life support. I’ve been going through the photos on my phone today hoping to find one of her. In doing this, I’m reminded how important photos are for preserving memories. I wish I’d taken more of my mother.
I’d love to win this camera. My own Rebel was lost in an accident two summers ago and I miss it terribly. But if I don’t win it, I hope the person who does uses it every day to capture memories that might otherwise be forgotten. And I hope they do their best to include themselves in the photos as well.
