Dutch Babies are a family tradition – light fluffy and these are Nutella! Bake some up for your family!
One of our favorite family breakfasts is our traditional “Dutch Babies” – German pancakes. Usually you make them in a large pan, but I thought it would be fun to make individual ones in ramekins! Mini Nutella Dutch Babies German Pancakes:

Thanks to Nutella, I decided to #SpreadTheHappy for International Pancake Day (February 17) and make Mini Nutella Danish Pancakes!
Here’s the recipe:
Mini Nutella Danish Pancakes!
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 5 Tablespoons butter for ramekins
- 10 eggs
- pinch of salt optional
- pinch of cinnamon optional
- Nutella
- Strawberries
- Lemons
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
-
Mix milk, flower and eggs a blender
-
Put about half a tablespoon of butter in each ramekin, put in oven and heat to 375 degrees
-
When butter is melted, take the pans out and tilt them so butter covers the entire bottom
-
Pour batter evenly onto the pans - about 3/4 full
-
Bake in 375-degree oven for 15 minutes, until edges are puffed and browned
-
Serve hot with Nutella spread, powdered sugar, sliced strawberries, and lemon slices.
-
(I melted the Nutella a bit in the microwave to make it even easier to spread!)
My kids loved having their own individual Danish Pancakes!
