It’s almost time for the kids to head back to school! I remember the thrill and trepidation of going back to school in my teenage years. As a mom I know that there are even more challenges facing my teens than there were when I was their age. These challenges only increase as kids leave summer vacation and head back to school. Changes in routines, sports and school activities bring stress and that can cause break outs. Some challenges in my kids lives I can’t help with, but one of the things I can do is to help my kids combat break outs.

Last week I took my teen and tween daughters and a friend back-to-school shopping at Walgreens. It’s right down the street and it’s the perfect place to get things we need for the up-coming school year. We got notebooks, folders, pens, pencils, backpacks, makeup and Clearasil products.
