Weight Watchers Zero Points Watermelon Strawberry Popsicles
I have a sweet tooth at night, especially during the Summer. Since our wedding is coming up fast, I’m trying not to give in in to my sweet tooth too much and I have been looking for healthier alternatives. These popsicles are my new favorite treat at night. I love that they are full of fruit and no added sugar. So I thought I would share the simple recipe with you for — Fresh Watermelon Strawberry Popsicles. Plus, they are ZERO Weight Watchers Points = score!
Did you know that watermelons are actually a nutrient-dense fruit? They have high levels of vitamins, nutrients and antioxidants. I did a little research and discovered that watermelon can fight asthma, high blood pressure, cancer and can help with hydration, inflammation, muscle soreness and help us have better skin and hair. What’s not to love.

What do you cover then with , before or after freezing? Do you just leave them uncovered in your freezer?
Jen says
I just left them uncovered for a couple of hours until I passed them out. But if you want to keep them longer I would cover them with saran wrap 🙂

I’m on WW too. Based on their rules these are not zero points, but 2-3sp/each. Honey has Points. So does watermelon and strawberries in those quantities.
Plus you blended them. That increases the points value.
Bummer!
But they look yummy!

Oh shoot! I forgot about the blended rule. Thanks for letting me know. xoxoxo
