Did you know that watermelons are actually a nutrient-dense fruit? They have high levels of vitamins, nutrients and antioxidants. I did a little research and discovered that watermelon can fight asthma, high blood pressure, cancer and can help with hydration, inflammation, muscle soreness and help us have better skin and hair. What’s not to love.

And watermelon are the perfect food to eat at Summer. So why not freeze some and have them as a guilt-free dessert?? And since these are popsicles, your kids will love them too!

Instead of flavoring the popsicles with added sugar, I added a little honey to make them sweet and strawberries because strawberries make anything tastier, right?

What do you cover then with , before or after freezing? Do you just leave them uncovered in your freezer?

I just left them uncovered for a couple of hours until I passed them out. But if you want to keep them longer I would cover them with saran wrap 🙂

I’m on WW too. Based on their rules these are not zero points, but 2-3sp/each. Honey has Points. So does watermelon and strawberries in those quantities.
Plus you blended them. That increases the points value.
    Bummer!
    But they look yummy!
