Striped Garden Bench Makeover!! {spray paint project}

I have a bench that has been sitting neglected in my garden for a couple of years -- poor bench. It really needed a makeover. The first thing that I did was sand off the peeling paint. {I thought this would take a few minutes, but really it took about an hour or so}.
