I had such a fun time making the Halloween Eye Chart Printable I thought it would be cool to make a Free Valentine’s Day Eye Chart Printable too!

I love this time of the year!

I used the Beatles iconic Love Is All You Need lyrics for inspiration. And I made a few different colors and patterns — so you have a few different versions to choose from.

I put mine in scrolly frames and added them to my mantel, along with some homemade paper pinwheels — more on how to make those soon! I also used the same red door from my Chrismas mantel:

I love using things more than once.

This is an easy way to decorate for the big V-day. All you have to do is print off the printables for Valentine decorating FUN. I’ve included files for 11 x 14, as well as 16×20. All you have to do is send the file to your local Costco or Walgreens to have them printed off.

Here’s the printable in the PINK color:

Just pop these in a frame and you have a FESTIVE was to decorate!!

Here are the printable files!

If you’re printing these at Costco or a similar photo place, you will generally have to print from a JPG-formatted file. I created these to print well at the 11×14 size to fit my frames (they print out a bit narrower than the photo size and you just trim them to fit).

Click here or on the image to download the giant JPG file for the pink chevron version.

The PDF  versions are great if you are printing these on your home printer or sending them somewhere like FedEx Office.

The PDF contains all three styles, so just print the page(s) you like the best!

Click here to download the PDF. (Right-click and choose “save as.”)

And remember, of course, these are for personal use only, not for commercial use or duplication, (c) 2013 tatertotsandjello.com. Be excellent to each other.

Have a Beautiful Day!!

oxx

It contains antioxidants and brightens dark circles under the eyes.
Through your effected eye it is not possible to properly perform your daily activities properly, are faced with emotional stress and depression. You
need to stop wearing contact lenses even before having a consultation with your optometrist because contact lenses change the shape of your cornea.
