Halloween Haunted House Decor Ideas, Free Printables

nevermore halloween free printables at tatertots and jello

I love this time of year! Halloween is my favorite. So when I was thinking of Halloween projects – I knew a big Haunted House vignette in the entryway of the #1905Cottage would be so fun!! And I love the Edgar Allan Poe poem “The Raven” – I thought it would be so cool to design a Halloween printable around “The Raven” and have it paired with a spooky haunted house on the wall.

Nevermore Poe Halloween Printables

You might not have a photo of a spooky house handy — I didn’t! I found a great one, though, online. You can use stock photo sites like the one I used — DepositPhotos. I chose that one because it’s inexpensive and has a good license for personal use (not commercial use, which is why I can’t share it with you here.) In fact, that’s a good tip for any of these projects — you’re not restricted to using only your own photos! You can find them on inexpensive stock photo sites, too.

I printed the spooky, haunted house picture in four pieces on matte metal prints from Shutterfly!

That said, take pictures of all kinds of things while you’re out and about — brick walls, wood fences, anything that might make a great decor project someday. (I’ll share a project with you later this week where I did exactly that!)

Oh my, what wouldn’t I order?? With 5 granddaughters, all with unique names I think the first thing would be stickings that they could use into being teens. Nithing too baby looking, but seeing their names on anything excites them! Then Im certain Id order one of the Raven pillows. My son, a USMC has Edgar Allan Poes Raven tattooed from the top of his ribs to his waist. He’s fascinated by this poet. He’s also.a newlywed with a black, white and red master bedroom. How cool it would be that he could travel with this pillow, or maybe his bride would want to keep it with jer in his absences. Anyhow…..Im hooked, winner or not! You jist made my holiday shopping a one stop online shopping experience!!! Thank you and thanks too for the free downloads ans amazing blog. Someone hacked.mone sometime back and Ive not.been able to stop it since. I miss blogging!!!
