Iceberg Crunchy Fluffy Slime
Here’s a new recipe from Ella – Iceberg Slime. This slime is also borax-free and it combines our favorite 3-Ingredient Fluffy Slime and make a crunchy top which is fun to break up. Underneath the crunchy top is fluffy slime. It makes a cool crunchy sound and if you know anything about the world of slime, sounds are everything LOL! Once you break up the crunch outer layer kids love to play with the soft fluffy slime underneath. And if you mix both parts together the crunchy top will reincorporate back into the soft slime and make fluffy slime. If you leave the slime open it will once again make a crunchy outer layer and the fun starts all over again!
We are having so much fun with slime this summer. It’s also a soothing way to relieve stress. My kids love it!
Iceberg Crunchy Fluffy Slime
Here’s the recipe for Borax-Free Iceberg Crunchy Fluffy Slime, I put it in recipe format in case you want to print it out:
- 2 cups white Elmer’s glue
- 2 cups of corn starch
- 1/2 cup of shaving cream
- 4-5 tablespoons of Sta Flo
- food coloring (optional)
- Pour Elmer’s glue into a big bowl.
- Add shaving cream and mix.
- Add corn starch and mix until incorporated.
- (add food coloring if you want – optional)
- Add Sta Flo by tablespoons, one at a time until the mixture starts to turn into a slime-like consistency.
- Take the slime out of the bowl and knead on a hard surface until desired texture.
- Return the slime to the bowl and leave uncovered for 2-3 days, until the top has a hard surface and will crack when pressed on.
