PEEPS Easter Basket and Printable Tags

It was so fun sharing Easter Basket ideas last week that I just had to share one more!

This month for Michael’s challenge they asked me to create an Easter Basket. I thought it would be fun to create a PEEPS Easter Basket with a giant PEEPS bunny on the front. What kid wouldn’t love to have a PEEPS basket?

There are so many FUN ideas that would make great Easter Filler gifts at Michaels. They have all kinds of toys, games and of course craft and art supplies. It is literally heaven in Michaels. My kids LOVE art supplies — so I had a ball putting together some ideas for the PEEPS basket.

PEEPS Easter Basket and Printable Tags

First of all, it is SUPER simple to make the big bunny PEEP for the front of the basket. All you need is a package of foam bunny shapes. I found those right in the Easter section. Then you just add a cotton pom pom to the middle of the bunny. I hot glued it onto the front of the basket.

Art supplies are always a good idea. Michaels has a HUGE aisle of all kinds of notebooks, sketchbooks, art books and more!

Add some hair bands and these glow-in-the-dark jewelry from the dollar section in Michaels are fun for any age!

Have you seen Peg People? They are adorable. And kids could make their own peg people. I’ve seen some that are superheros, storybook characters, they can even make peg people that look like their family members!! Give them paints and they are ready for a really cool craft!! There are all kinds of really great fillers for kids at Michaels. Other fun ideas that I saw at my Michaels store are outdoor games like hula hoops, jump ropes and sand-castle making kits. They also have the most awesome section of fairy garden-making materials. Like small garden pots and houses and tiny little furniture and more. I love that idea!!
