Halloween Skeleton Party Game printables

Halloween Skeleton Party Game and free printables! This is a fun party game for school or home parties or craft to do with the kids! Kids are intrigued by the thought of what their bodies look on the inside. So x-rays are something that they love and it’s perfect for Halloween.

Halloween Party Game

Ella and her friend Jane had a ball making their skeletons. And if kids get some of the bones in the wrong spot, it’s even cuter! We made a little video showing how easy and fun it is for the kids to make. If you want to tune in, Periscope is a phone app and it’s fun because I can interact live with people watching and answer questions too! I film a new Periscope tutorial every Monday at 2:30 MST. You can also hang your child’s skeleton on the door for Halloween. It makes a cute decoration as well as party game!

Halloween Skeleton Game

Here’s how to create this fun Halloween Skeleton game/craft:

Supplies:

  • Black butcher paper (schools have butcher paper on hand, but you can also buy it at any party store)
  • White markers (I found mine at the Target’s Dollar Spot)
  • Printable Skeleton (included at the end of this post)
  • Black Sharpie
  • Xyron machine – optional (to make the bones into stickers)

Game Directions:

  • Give each child the printable skeleton card so they can see what the skeleton looks like all put together.
  • Cut the butcher paper to the height of the kids
  • Have the kids take turns tracing each other on the paper using the white pens
  • Give each child a copy of the printable either cut out or have them cut their bones out
  • If you have a Xyron machine, you can use it to stick the bones onto the butcher paper. If you don’t you can use glue sticks. (They’re awesome for a lot of projects – but get the bigger one, like this one.)

  • Have each child personalize their skeleton if they want and add their name to the name tag.
  • Ella and her friend Jane had a great time making their skeletons. We made a little Periscope video showing how fun and easy this idea is. Check it out:

And here are the printables!

Instructions are on the printables. They’re pretty big, so you’ll need to download a page at a time. (But if you know how to work with zip files, you can download the zip of all four here.)
