    Yes, I use essential oils, only I really just began, so I don’t have any tips. We’ve recently used them on some tight hamstrings and sore backs and it has helped immensely.

    I love using the oils with almond oil and sugar for a scrub…exfoliates the skin and leaves it moisturized! My favorite is peppermint.
