This is seriously a fast and easy cookie recipe.

My kids love making it. And the best part is they only require THREE ingredients – yay!

Here’s how to make Three-Ingredient Pumpkin White Chocolate Cookies:

three ingredient pumpkin chocolate cookies

Ingredients:

16 oz. Pumpkin Puree

1 box of Spice Cake Mix

2 cups of White Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350-degrees

Mix the pumpkin puree, cake mix and  cup of the white chocolate chips

Once the ingredients are mixed up, put spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet

Bake at 350-degrees for 10-12 minutes

Take the cookies out and let cool. Once cooled, melt the remaining white chocolate chips and drizzle it over the tops of the cookies
