Well, yard signs are the one of the best ways to advertise a yard sale to get huge customers. Thanks for making us aware about these free yard signs.

Good luck with your sale! If you are having it in a garage, light a candle so it smells nicer! No need for your sale to smell like stale garbage, grass clippings or musty! We also always put solid sheets over the tables so it is easier to see the items…they won’t “Get lost” in the patterns of tables or anything. We also sell bottled water =) Have fun…Love hosting garage sales!

So, when is this big yard sale? I’m pretty sure I wanna come. I live in Utah, and assume because of the name of your bloggie and the addy on your about page that you do too. I would love the details: address, time and day(s), etc. If you wanna message me that info that’d be awesome! Oh, and my advice for yard sales: don’t have them every weekend at your house because a) it annoys the neighbors! and b) if you’re crap didn’t sell the first weekend or even the second or third, it’s probably better off donated to the garbage! Don’t get me wrong, I think a yard sale now and again is a great way to de-clutter.

I totally understand that desire to let go of some things. When we made our big move- we had a huge sale & literally sold or donated 50% of our belongings. While there have been times where I have kicked myself for letting go of a few things- for the most part it has been freeing to have just let it go & not carry around so much extra. Both physically & for the mental clarity it gave.
Totally jealous that you & Shelley are close enough to get together for projects. How fun that would be. Fingers crossed I get make it to SNAP this next time- maybe we can finally meet up.

Oh my goodness girlee – my yard sale is tomorrow. After going to a few this year I had to do a blog post myself on some tips! Make sure its worthy of being sold and not worthy of the dumpster and price it to sale in your garage not to sale at Nordstroms LOL! Those signs are adorable! I live in a very rural area so I would need one that’s about 15 x 15!!!!
