S’mores Iced Latte

The S’mores coffee craze is sweeping through and I am most definitely on the bandwagon. I’m Kelsey from Poofy Cheeks back sharing a recipe for a S’mores Iced Latte. I am a fancy coffee drink snob and I am the first to admit it. I enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning but only if it has extra cream and extra sugar. I would much rather have a sweet iced coffee concoction.

The drink starts out with marshmallow whip cream on the bottom, a bit of chocolate syrup and then the iced coffee gently poured over top. I top mine with another generous bit of whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs. This drink is pure perfection. I have to guard it from my kids because if not they slurp it down before I bat an eyelash.

• 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1/4 cup marshmallow cream
• 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
• 1/2 cup brewed coffee
• 1/2 cup milk
• ice
• whipped cream (optional)
• graham cracker crumbs (optional)

1. Mix heavy whipping cream and marshmallow cream on high speed with a stand or hand mixer until peaks form. Spoon desired amount into the bottom of a glass.
2. Squeeze 1-2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup into the glass.
3. Add ice to the glass and then gently pour coffee and milk over top.
4. Top the iced coffee with your desired toppings. I top mine with more whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs.

Looking at the pictures makes me want to go make my third S’mores Iced Latte of the day! I just got my two youngest kids to sleep, my two older boys are entertaining themselves with Legos and I am seriously tempted!
