Red and White North Pole Christmas Porch
I know I’ve mentioned before how much we LOVE where we live. We live in a huge community of colorful houses.
And every house has a porch, or two!! So it’s so awesome this time of year to drive through the area and see all of the ways people have decorated their porches!!
I love a theme and this year my home’s theme is NORTH POLE with a red and white scheme. I decorated our family room with a NORTH POLE tree:
I made a North Pole sign and hung my stockings on a DIY ladder:
The stockings are from TwentyEight12 on etsy.
My daughter’s room has a red and white theme.
My bedroom’s a little festive for the holidays:
The canvas is a Caroling Printable that is on my site…
My little Game Night kitchen eating nook has a red and white look:
And here is my Red and White North Pole Porch:

I love making giant typographic signs. They make a statement and I love the graphic look. PLUS it only cost me about $6 for the wood and I can paint something else on the back and flip it over for Valentine’s Day if I want.
I found some red and white pillows.
(it was a little windy the day I was taking pictures – can you tell??? LOL)
Red and White North Pole Christmas Porch
In my old neighborhood there was a home that always hung wreaths on all of their windows for the holidays and I think it reminded me of growing up on the east coast. So when we moved here I really wanted to do something similar. I tied a simple red and white bow on each wreath and I love the way they look.
I think the red and white theme looks pretty with our newly painted door.
I’ve had a lot of people ask me about the color of the door. It’s Sherwin Williams Tantalizing Teal. And I love it.
The wreath is from Michaels and it lights up. I added a cute fabric reindeer that I’ve had for a few years and never used. Then all I had to do was add a bow. SUPER easy.
The mat is from Ikea and I think it was under $10.
I was going to buy some lighted topiaries for the sides of the door but they were so pricey. So I just wrapped the planters I already had like presents and added some ribbon. I think that project cost me about $3.

I tied simple polka dot ribbon to my sconces and reused a garland I brought with me when we moved.
I love how bright and cheerful our home looks when we pull up. It makes me so happy to be here, starting a new chapter with my children.

I live in Central MN where it is below zero now. Red is my favorite color so I just love you “jingle” board! What are the dimensions? It’s one thing that would not blow away on my porch???? What brand paint and color? Did you use a stencil? Love ve your blog!

Awesome! I love the North Pole porch theme! I grew up in CT, and all the houses around us had greenery or luminary candles in their windows, so this reminds me a lot of my childhood neighborhood with a fun twist. You have such a beautiful home!
