Ok, now I’m hungry! 😀 But seriously, with me it isn’t the cold weather coinciding with resolutions that make me want to eat healthy, it’s more the fact that after the holidays I can’t stand to eat fatty and/or sweet stuff anymore. A few of the recipes, eg the Black Bean Burrito Recipe, I had to bookmark right away. Looking tasty and easy to make! Thanks for sharing!

The steak salad looks tasty, I’ll have to try it. This week I bottled grapefruit since I love the stuff and its in season and really inexpensive right now.

Oops! I forgot my tip…. I clean my diffuser weekly. It seems to make it run more efficiently.

I use lavender to help me sleep.
