Pumpkin White Bean Turkey Chili is the perfect Fall meal. Based on an award winning pumpkin chili that I've made for years, this version takes a fraction of the time because it's made in the Instant Pot! Made with pumpkin puree, ground turkey, white beans, corn, green chilis and zesty spices, we top it with sour cream, green onions and avocado. It is also amazing serves with a baguette or crispy tortilla chips.
