14 Delicious Air Fryer Recipes with Weight Watchers Points!
Ok I have to admit it – Whole 30 is probably not for me. It was great to try it but I think I am a weight watchers girl at heart. The thing I like the most about Weight Watchers is that it’s easy! You can eat almost anything you want, you just have to plan it out and make sure you have the points saved up! I’ve done it before and it works. So as we go into February I am going back to my tried and true WW!! My new hubby and I have a tropical trip coming up in just a few weeks so I am trying to get everything toned up LOL!!

Last weekend I played around with our new air fryer! Have you heard about the new kind of fryer? Instead of a traditional fryer that fries things in oil, an air fryer either takes oils that are already on food and circulated the oil VERY fast in high heat to cook food. Also if you are frying things that don’t have ANY oil, you can add a VERY small amount of oil and the machine is set up to take that small amount of oil and circulate it around the food at high temps and cook it. I’ve also tried baking foods in my air fryer WITHOUT the oil and the food comes out basically the same. So I have found that it’s a very easy way to make low-fat food – you can bake, grill AND roast with it!
I’ll admit it, I had my doubts about air fryers. I didn’t understand the difference and I had no interest in fried foods. But since testing out our air fryer, I’ve come to really enjoy making things! Last weekend I made baked eggs, donut holes and a blooming onion! This is the airfyer that I use — Philips Airfryer:
And as I’ve been researching air frying recipes AND weight watchers, I found some incredibly tasty Weight Watchers recipes I would love to share with you! Some of these recipes are adapted for the Air Fryer and some are baked but could be air fried. Just add a salad to most of the yummy low-fat dishes and you have a WONDERFUL filling meal!
