Hey there, TT&J fans! We’re Jess and Monica from East Coast Creative and boy, do we have the cutest, cheapest and easiest gift for those graduates in your life!

I (Jess) have coached a Varsity tennis team at my alma mater for the past four years and have developed some awesome relationships with the girls on the team. This past season, the girls who I started coaching when they were freshmen became seniors and are now graduating in just a few short weeks!  I knew I wanted to give something special  for each of them, but since there are six seniors, I didn’t want the gift to cost too much (hey- I’ve got my limits! 🙂 Take a look at what I came up with!

Isn’t that sweet? This phrase is my absolute favorite. I love that this gift is a small token that they can take to college that will remind them to believe in themselves and encourage them to accomplish anything they want. Here’s why this gift is so inexpensive: I got these frames at the dollar store!

They were originally a bronzey-gold tone which I hated, but the style and the ornate details just called to me. With just a little spray paint, these babies look totally different- stylish and cute and perfect for a dorm room!

I created these adorable printables in a mint, coral and gray color scheme that my girls will love! You can download each version below.

I popped the printables in the frames and then squealed a little bit. They are so sweet and I’m hoping the girls will smile and remember me when they look at it!

Added bonus: if the frame happens to break as a result of some late-night dorm pillow fights, it’s no big deal! Hehe. 😉

I’m such a fool for gifts under $10! What do you usually give out to the graduates in your life?

Just stumbled across this post on Pinterest and this would make the PERFECT gift for my high school youth group girls who are graduating this year (2014). Could you please make an updated version available for the printables? (I LOVE the #2 version) I’m no good with Photoshop, or else I would try editing it myself.

    Thanks for the gift idea!

The coral, mint, gray combo is my favorite right now!! I love the saying on these and I’m sure the girls will too. Every girl needs a bit of encouragement in her space!
