There is a padded compartment for the Cameo, plus a padded compartment for your laptop. AND, adjustable padded compartments above the Cameo for all of the accessories — power cords and more!

I recently headed over to Lara at Less Cake {More Frosting}’s house to make decorations for SNAP. I took my Cameo along and I was so nervous about damaging my Cameo in the car, tripping as I went up the steps or dropping it.

    I would love to win a silhouette so I can make all the projects I see and would make if it wasnt for having to cut my own stencils. My hands are not as steady as they need to be to do that. I am also working on some projects as wedding gifts for my daughter. She is getting married in August and I would love to make her some etched champagne glasses with their monograms.     Oh my gosh, this would be amazing!!!! I’ve wanted a Cameo for so long, but I REALLY want this bag!!! I think the design of it is genius! I have a permanent neck injury and can’t lift more than a few pounds. So having rollers is essential for me.     I am new to papercrafting, having gotten hooked when I purchased a box full of “stuff” at a yard sale for $40 last summer. It had a Big Shot, tons of paper (much of it handmade), more than 100 Sissix dies, and other stuff I couldn’t identify. Crafty by nature, I simply had to learn what to do with all the stuff, and my friend Leslie showed me. So I am hooked. My dogs send cards. My fish send cards. My see-through coffee table has all kinds of shapes floating around in it. An no one’s wine glass gets lost, becuase they all get a wine icon. My fabric quilt squares are embellished, and did you knw you can cut through a Diet Pepsi can with a Big Shot to make ornaments? I am hopeless….

    Winning a Silhouette Cameo would be completely life changing for me! I’m a first time stay at home mom who refuses to buy anything (anything!) home decor because I feel like I can make it myself at a much cheaper cost with proper planning, some time, and an awesome cutter like Cameo. The walls to my poor baby’s nursery are still bare and is definitely screaming “pretty me up please”. Needless to say, its the least frequented in room in the house other than my baby sleeping in it. A cutter like Cameo has been on my mother’s day, birthday, Valentines, Christmas, “buy-me-this-if-you-want-to-be-forgiven” list for over a year now. I would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to have the Cameo 🙂

    I have wanted a Silhouette for a VERY long time! I made the mistake of buying a Cricut without doing enough research to see the Silhouette was the better option. I have got to the point where I don’t like to do projects with my Cricut or go to work meetings with it because of all the cartridges I have to carry with me. I have a group of young girls I teach sewing to called God’s Girls. and lately i feel that I’m being led to have a real brick-and-mortar building called God’s Girls Studio that will “grow Godly girls”. We’ll teach sewing, quilting, machine embroidery, and other crafts to young tween/teen girls to teach them to be young ladies of virtue with solid values, teach them how to respond to the various pressures of being a teen in today’s society, and to teach them skills that will carry them through their lives, and hopefully give them added income as my sewing and embroidery have done for me.

    As part of my plans for the Studio, i envision our signature Bible verses and other encouraging phrases like “Never Underestimate the Power of a Woman with a Sewing Machine” made into vinyl wall art. I looked at other brands of machines, but have set my heart on the Silhouette Cameo for a “someday” purchase. But if i could win this give-away, i’d be happy beyond belief and consider it one more blessing from God as He meets every single need for the God’s Girls!

    I have been drooling over the Silhouette machines for awhile now. I got “stuck” with an old cutter from another company that became obsolete almost as soon as I purchased it. The customer service with that company was useless. I was sick that I spent that much money on a useless machine. Then I found out that it would work with Silhouette software.     We recently purchased a new home and my husband is not thrilled at putting nail holes in the pristine walls! The style of this home is totally different than our last home which was a Queen Anne Victorian style so a lot of our artwork doesn’t even match this decor. Complicating all this decor dilemma is the fact that I am now unemployed because our new home is nearly two hours north of our old home (my husband used to commute 1.5 hours one way to his office).     For family, friends and church members we cut out balloons, flowers, ghosts and goblins and pumpkins and cats and put magnets on them or tape (depending on the house/door) and then attach them for birthdays and holidays. Having this would make it so much easier to surprise friends.
