I’ve had such a great time working with the Michaels Makers Team, and this month we got to come up with ideas for a celebration. I decided to share some easy & simple graduation party ideas!
A graduation party doesn’t have to be overwhelming. There are some simple ways to celebrate and make memories! Using products found at Michael’s, I put together this fun and festive graduation party as part of the Michael’s Makers Celebrations Challenge!
I’ll be sharing all the individual decor, treat ideas and printables in upcoming posts, but here’s an overview to inspire you for your own party to celebrate your graduate!
The straws and milk-jug glasses are from Michaels – aren’t they cute? Simply by trying some out-of-the-ordinary glassware can make a party special. (Yes, I’ll share the dipped Oreo recipe soon, too!)
The cute blank book is from Michael’s, and
the awesome frame is too. (I’ll share the printable in an upcoming post.)
The cool stickers on the glasses, like cupcake toppers, are from Michael’s too. Believe it or not, they’re from the dollar section.
And this simple idea —
Simply wrapping black licorice whips around Pepperidge Farm Pirouette wafers (I like the ones from Trader Joe’s, too) carries on the “diploma” motif, but is super easy to do!
And of course the fun banner is from Michael’s as well!
What a fun and easy way to celebrate!
Michaels is celebrating every occasion this summer with gifts for Moms, Dads and teachers, and parties to celebrate birthdays, graduation, and the 4th of July! As a toast to the last Michaels Makers post of the season, we created gifts, baked treats and threw parties for each of the six holidays this summer. It’s never too early to get started on your next party or celebration – Michaels.com has more project ideas and instructions for you and your kids to make this year – check out projects for Mother’s Day , Father’s Day, graduation, birthday and even summer. Let’s celebrate!
xoxo
thanks to Michaels for sponsoring this post; however, the content and ideas are all mine. See my disclosures.
PS: Check out the other celebrations!
