There are so many reasons to love the holidays, but one of the best reasons: tasty cookies! Not only do I love to eat them, but I love to make them with my kids. You aren’t going to believe it – but these cookies were made from a MIX!
These orange “Milano” dipped cookies are yummy and oh-so-easy to make! Plus I love that they’re fun for kids to make but still look fancy!
And they’re perfect with hot chocolate!
Here’s the easy recipe:
Easy Orange Milano Cookies
Ingredients:
1 package Sugar Cookie Mix
1 cup dark chocolate chocolate chips
1/4 teaspoon orange oil flavoring
wax or parchment paper (to lay cookies on after dipping)
Directions:
Follow the directions on the Cookie Mix
[If the dough is sticky, add 1/8-1/4 C. flour]
Roll or use a cookie scoop to shape dough into balls. Bake as directed and let cool.
Melt 1 cup dark chocolate chips and add 1/4 teaspoon orange oil flavoring to melted chocolate.
Dip cookies.
