Link Party Palooza — and “Know Your State” Book Giveaway!

It’s Friday!!

Welcome back to the …

We’ve combined the popular parties at I Heart Nap Time, Lil’ Luna, Somewhat Simple, Tatertots & Jello and Today’s Creative Blog to make a giant link party. This week’s giveaway is for Megan Moench’s “Know Your State” Books!

These books are perfect for helping your kids have fun with something educational this summer while building a stronger understanding about the history, ecology, and unique features of where they live.

The author, Megan Moench, has a strong background developing curriculum for elementary and middle schoolers, and I learned a lot about Utah that I never knew when helping my kids with parts of the book! Though there are only two “Know Your State” books out so far (Utah and Washington), they are jam packed with interesting information for state residents and interested kids and parents from out-of-state!

This week, we’ve teamed up to give away a “Know Your State” book to FOUR lucky winners!

My favorite thing about these books is that they’re super educational while also being packed full of colorful illustrations and fun activities that make them super fun for kids!

The books are also full of activities, crafts, and exercises — there are no dense pages of text or difficult quizzes here! My kids and I had so much fun learning things we never knew about the places we love.
