Yesterday you might have seen my recipe for mouthwatering Loaded Baked Potato Soup that I made using my new Instant Pot pressure cooker!

For the next few months I’m going to be sharing a weekly recipe that I’ve made in my pressure cooker, so I decided my first giveaway of the year should be for an Instant Pot pressure cooker of your very own!

I can’t believe how quickly my Insta Pot cooks things–it made my Loaded Baked Potato Soup in just about half an hour! I’m so excited to share more recipes throughout the year and I hope that you’ll try some of them out with me!
