It’s Memorial Day weekend here in the US, and I was lucky enough to get to attend a Marine basic training graduation this morning (Friday).

    I’m torn between the maps and dictionary entry, but I’d probably have to go with the map. Very cool pieces!

  5. Love these ideas! I had a wonderful chat with a veteran today who was collecting for hospitalized veterans. I, of course, shook his hand and thanked him. I offered him a drink/snack, but he declined. I somehow knew he would, but I had to ask. I am thankful now and always for those who serve(d) our country.

  15. My husband is in the Army, we love celebrating Memorial Day, it is a day of honoring our soldiers and families.
