Make a Thankful Jar Centerpiece {Thanksgiving Jars}!!

While I am going through the awesome link-ups in the Weekend Wrap Up Party this week, here’s an easy, inexpensive centerpiece for your Thanksgiving this year — Thankful Jars:

Here’s a last-minute Thanksgiving centerpiece idea. You can make this for next to nothing.

  • The first thing I did was I took some spaghetti jars and took the labels off
  • Then I poured a small amount of paint in the bottom and coated the inside of the jars with the paint.
  • I poured any extra paint into the next bottle.
  • Then I let it dry.

Then I made some labels the same size as the original spaghetti labels. Here’s how I made the labels:

The first thing that I did was went to LilyPad and picked out some beautiful digital scrapbook papers. I downloaded them and then I went into Photoshop Express and added a pretty masks from JD Designs.

Another Day from Allison Pennington

Fall Frolic from Jenna Desai

I added the letters THANKS and then printed out the labels. I punched the sides of the labels and then threaded twine through to tie the labels onto the bottles.

Now I have some pretty bottles to display Fall foliage for the Thanksgiving holiday!

And, I plan on keeping the jars and changing out the papers for Valentine’s Day! {so stayed tuned for that LOL}

xoxo

PS — Be sure to link up to the Weekend Wrap Up Party to win an awesome personalized clock from All Time Clocks — such a wonderful Christmas gift too!!

    Jen, I searched for JDesign’s doodled labels and masks vol. 1 and they’re nowhere to be found … a little sad 🙁

    Jen, I totally loved your Thankful Jars idea … especially I have plenty of those laying around in my kitchen cabinets 🙂 May I ask, where did you get that beautiful table runner under your thankful jars? and is it ok if I share this post on my website? Many blessings!

    Very cute. I’m doing something w/ mason jars but not quite that. Mine is way simpler because I’m lazy. 🙂
