The BEST Fresh Strawberry Cream Cheese Cake

The BEST Strawberry Cake Recipe. Moist white cake covered in a fluffy layer of cream cheese and whipped cream with a topping of luscious fresh strawberries in a sweet strawberry glaze. Everyone will fall in love with this delicious, easy cake.  

Servings 12

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 packages (8 ounce each) cream cheese
  • 1 16 ounce tub of whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 white cake mix
  • 2 tubs strawberry glaze (you can find these in the produce section by the fresh strawberries)

Instructions

  1. Grease a jelly roll pan and preheat oven to 350-degrees 

  2. Make cake mix according to mix instructions. Pour cake mix into jelly roll pan. Bake according to cake directions. 

  3. Take cake out when done and let cool completely. 

  4. With an electric mixer beat cream cheese and whipped topping until combined. 

  5. In a large bowl combine the fresh strawberries and glaze util combined. 

  6. Pour whipped topping/cream cheese mixture over the top of the cake until covered. 

  7. Layer the strawberries/glaze mixture over the top of the whipped topping mixture until covered. 

  8. Chill cake in refrigerator for at lease an hour before serving. Can be refrigerated for up to one day before serving.
