Easy Brunch Flower Cinnamon Rolls. Use refrigerated cinnamon rolls to create these super easy and delicious flower-shaped cinnamon rolls that are perfect for Mother's Day or Spring brunches.
Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
Unwrap Grands Cinnamon rolls
Lay a piece of parchment on a cookie sheet
Unroll one of the pre-made cinnamon rolls. Cut it in half.
Take one half of the cinnamon roll and roll it up;
Place the rolled up section on the parchment paper.
Take the other half of the cinnamon roll and make petals.
Unroll another cinnamon roll and continue making petals. Each flower should have 5 petals.
Once you have arranged the petals around the center, pinch the centers of the petals to the inside of the flower.
Continue making flower centers and petals until you have 6 flowers.
Once all flowers are created, place cookie sheet into oven.
The cinnamon rolls need to bake for 18-20 minutes, but set your timer for 10 minutes.
Once timer goes off after 10 minutes, take the flower cinnamon rolls out of the oven. You can use a spoon to open up any dough that is starting to stick together to help maintain the flower shape.
Once you have adjusted the petals, put the cookie sheet back in the oven and continue baking until the cinnamon rolls begin to brown.
Take cookie sheet out and let the cinnamon rolls cool a little, then add the included frosting onto the flower-shaped cinnamon rolls.
Optional - you can add white frosting on top of the cinnamon rolls if you want them to be extra sweet.
Optional - sprinkle some cute colorful sprinkles on top.
Serve and enjoy!!
