Thanks, Jen
I really have not tried the other scents; I never really cared for them. I like the original and want to stay with it. I did talk with a salesperson at Walmart and we opened a bottle that said “unscented” but both agreed it DID have a scent.
Like I said, I’m old, so I never got into instagram and facebook. Guess I’m just stuck with two awful-smelling jugs of Tide.
Thanks for responding!
Blessings!

Hi Scarlett!

That's so weird! There are other scents of Tide that you an buy now. Have you tried any of those? I don't have the direct email to anyone at Tide. It was a PR company that arranged our trip there. Do you have Instagram? You can DM their social media person on Instagram and they are really good about responding. I bet they would have some answers for you!

How can I contact P&G directly? I have used Tide for many years (I’m old) and have always loved it. In the last couple of months, I have bought three different jugs (largest size) of Tide and the smell is AWFUL. I cannot tolerate it. I looked at the P&G website to contact them directly but you can’t, unless you’re a retailer or are applying for a “position” in their company. I had coupons off for more and foolishly bought the two additional jugs. Smells awful. Clothes have to be washed in another laundry detergent to get rid of the smell! I have switched to Gain—for right now, anyway. I don’t know why they’ve messed with the original formula, but they have. Or, the factories they are allowing to manufacture the Tide have messed up big time! It just really STINKS. Can you give me an address to contact them? Thanks!
