In reply to Jen. Hi! You can buy dried cranberries to use instead of using fresh cranberries. They are sold in a bag and don't need to be refrigerated :)

So cute! Is the ingredients list the quantity that goes in each jar? So, 5-6 oranges/lemons, 8 star anise, 2-3 bay leaves…for each jar?

In reply to Emily Capps. Hi! If you are giving out the jars way ahead of the holidays, I recommend drying the cranberries or leaving the cranberries out. The rest of the ingredients will be fine for extended periods of time :)
