Hi mary!

The directions are in the post. You just pick a container, mix the cement, fill the mold half way, add paper or plastic cups and then add more cement and let it sit until it gets hard. Then peel the mold or pop the mold off and take the paper or plastic cups out, add votive candles and enjoy your candle holder 🙂
