Ingredients

  • 2 8-ounce blocks of cream cheese, softened.
  • 3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheese I used a mexican blend
  • 1 t. garlic powder
  • 1 t. onion powder
  • 2 cups crushed cheese puffs

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, jalapenos, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder until combined.

  2. Use hands to roll into a round ball.

  3. Wrap cheese ball in plastic wrap.

  4. Add four rubber bands to the cheeseball and have the rubber bands intersect at the top and bottom of the ball, mimicking a pumpkin.

  5. Place cheese ball in the fridge for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

  6. Take cheeseball out of the fridge. Roll the cheese ball in crushed cheese puffs until the whole ball is orange.

  7. Place cheese ball on serving platter, add a faux pumpkin stem. Enjoy!
