Ingredients

  • 1 package puff pastry (2 sheets)
  • 3 cups berries - I used strawberries, blueberries and raspberries
  • 2 T. sugar or splenda naturals
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese (I used light cream cheese)
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Combine the two pieces of puff pastry together to fit your baking sheet, rolling with a rolling pin. You can use a little water to fuse the two edges together.

  2. Cut the edge of the tart about 2 inches in all the way around. Add a little water and lay the edges on top of the tart, forming a rim to hold the filling in. You can also just fold the edges over to create a rim too.

  3. Prick the puff pastry with a fork. Place it in the oven for 10 minutes.

  4. While the puff pastry bakes, chop up the berries in a bowl and stir in the sugar.

  5. Also make the filling. Whip the cream cheese and heavy cream together until light and fluffy.

  6. When the puff pastry is cooked, take it out of the oven and let it cool. Then add the filling and put the berries on top.
