Happy weekend, friends! Can you believe June is half over? How’s your summer so far? We’ve been trying to stay cool here. My garden is growing so fast. My sister is coming this week and she is going to be the first guest in the aribnb we just built! So I’ve been getting things ready. I thought I would share so of my favorite finds I bought for that space.

New Projects

The bathroom remodel is coming along, The electrician was over yesterday getting everything ready and the tile is going in. So exciting! This week was a whirlwind as my new Pebbles Inc. paper line launched!

This was an easy project that I made mwith my new Pebble’s Reaching out paper lne. I made a set of coasters for our airbnb space.

I printed these prints at Staples, but you can print them at any store or copy shop that prints in large scale – here are some big BBQ banners, postcards and pennants.

How to Print Giant BBQ Signs

I loved the large size banners for my BBQ signs! They’re 2 1/2 feet by 6 feet. (So, yes, ginormous. When I ordered mine, they were even on sale for $20 – check your local store for specials!)

Here’s what I did, and you can download the free printables below!

Planning for my BBQ, I knew I wanted signs for the BBQ itself – and for the food and drink stations. I also wanted little signs by the food and drink. Plus, what’s a party without pennants?

Large BBQ Banners

Let’s start by looking at the banners.

Two Style BBQ Banners

I created two styles – vertical and horizontal, both sized for the large, 2 1/2 by 6-foot banners.

I thought the vertical style would work great on the garage door, front door, front of the house, or anywhere else like that to show guests they’re in the right place.

The horizontal ones will work great in the backyard or kitchen!

I wanted to create small banners over the food and drink stations. But since the large banners were on sale for $20 – $10 cheaper than the small ones, I had them printed as the large banners.

I’ve included both sizes for you just in case you’d like the smaller banners. They’re different files because the proportions are different between the two sizes.

Free BBQ Cards

I wanted to make cards that matched the theme to label the food, salads, drinks and so on. Staples has cool postcards you can print with bright, glossy color. You only need to print on one side — which is cheaper, anyway!

Just print as many as you want, fold them in half, and write the food item in the lighter rectangle. You can print these at home, too, from the PDF.

BBQ Free Pennants

What’s a party without pennants? Often it’s cheaper — and looks better — to print your color prints at a good commercial printer like Staples than at home (and saves on ink). I printed the PDF at Staples – and they look great!

I made the letters spell out CELEBRATE and BBQ along with a blank, an exclamation point, and a few grilling implements. Mix and match however you like!
