With school starting soon, I thought it would be fun to make a couple free printables that can inspire our kids and ourselves with a couple positive messages.  Choose HAPPY and be KIND today FREE Geometric printables.

I have created them in four different colors, two different sizes and two different sayings.

You can either cut out just the geometric shape and put it up on your fridge or on a locker with a magnet. Or cut it out in a square and frame it. I love the simple messages. It’s a great positive message for kids or ourselves to see every day. Frame it and give it as a gift too!! There are two different sizes that are perfect for an 8×10 frame or a 5×7 frame!

A couple of weeks ago I was able to visit New York and attend the Shutterfly By Design Event. And this year I was so thrilled to be asked to design a room with Kim from TomKat Studios.

We decided to design a nursery and we were so thrilled with the way it all turned out. The color scheme we selected was a very soft pink and grey. And to keep things simple we used geometric shapes.

One of my favorite home decor products from Shutterfly are their framed prints. The frame really adds a polished element.

We spelled out “KATE” with framed prints and hung them over the crib.

We were able to meet Michelle Workman who designed this amazing room behind us. I love the colors.

 And also Brit from Brit+Co. I love the playful style of the room she designed!

And also Olivia Palermo. She is an amazing designer and the figures she drew were so whimsical and cool!

I think of all of these, the blankets were my favorites. The gray is soft and subtle (and the blankets were soft, too)!
