These look fabulous! I’m thinking of making them ahead of time for a shower and freezing them. I don’t cook much, so I’m wondering what reheating instructions do you recommend? Should they be put in the oven frozen or thawed? Would you stick them back in the cupcake pan or would a baking sheet work? Thanks!

In reply to KarenMac. HI Karen, I made these from a little different recipe. My recipe called to top the lasagna with an additional won ton, sauce and cheese. I think this makes them more moist. Try this. I think it made a real difference.

These looked soooo delicious and easy to make. I made them this evening and was soooo disappointed. The wantons were very dry and added nothing to the taste.
I am now looking for a good recipe for Wanton Soup as I have A LOT of unused wantons. I’m very glad I didn’t go crazy and make up a bunch to freeze.
I really wish these had worked out, because they looked so tasty and easy to make and make ahead.

The lasagna looks amazing… I just wondered if you had a guess at what the calories per “muffin” might be? My husband and I are trying to lose weight and he’s really missing some good Italian food like lasagna… so I was thinking this could be great in moderation if the calories weren’t too high. Thanks.
