In reply to kim- Today's Creative Blog. Hi, So sorry for the rant! I was super frustrated. It did download to my laptop but after I opened it and was finished printing I could not get it to close. I did right click on it and a number of other things. I finally had to shut off my computer and when I turned it back on it was gone. I think it could have been a glitch of some kind. But all is well and I have already cut out the tags. Thanks!

In reply to Marilyn Anderson. The download came from MediaFire, which should just download the link to your computer. It doesn't open it unless you click on it. Are you using windows 8 or Mac? Windows 8 will leave a window open until you right click and choose close.

I downloaded the gift tags and now the download page is on my desktop with no way of deleting it. I have tried everything and it will not close or delete. Last time I am downloading from that website and this blog.
