THANK YOU! I have a recipe but I always figure its better to go with a PERSON’S recipe versus a cookbook…now I have a good recipe to follow – my niece will love you forever for this!

In reply to Kathy. Yes, I had two versions of the recipe going and omitted it accidentally from the ingredients. So I fixed it a couple of hours ago! If you don't like that much peppermint, by all means, leave it out or substitute vanilla extract.
