These look SO yummy! I love peppermint during the holidays. We used to make something similar when I was a kid.. we’d shape the cookies into a candy cane shape. So good!

How fun are these?! I bet they’re so delicious. My mom used to make roll-up cookies, but I’ve never given them a try. Going to have to change that now. Enjoy your day 🙂
