This Post made me smile. My Mom use to make these for us when I was small she called them Oven Pancakes. My Mom is gone she left way to young but the memories keep her alive. Thanks so much for sharing this post!!!!

This looks so yummy….I do have a question….is the butter just for the mix or does the 3 tablespoons get melted in the pan?

Thank you so much for the chance to win a beautifully stunning mixer and the picture of your table is beautiful and festive. I to have handmade handwritten cook books that have been handed down. Personally I think these are the best cook books to have; they are full of history and memories of the love of family get togethers and cooking and baking together. Merry Christmas to you and yours
