I just love this time of year! And this week there are so many fun home tour parties going on. I just have to join in the fun!

This is my silver and blue tree. I also have my little carolers and glittery ornaments in this room.
I keep my little carolers on the fireplace mantle.
Our nativity sits right by the front door.
Next down the hall, past the Christmas card holder. I made it out of a tomato cage. If you want to make one, the tutorial is HERE.
And our little bench under our family picture and Family definition vinyl. It’s a good place to take off winter boots and shoes when the kids come in from the garage.
And into the kitchen. I love my little eating nook with a little striped cake plate. I hung a wreath over the nook — it lights up at night for a little Christmas sparkle.
My kids love the Christmas Countdown advent and the countdown blocks I made.
I hung some ornaments from the ceiling for a little holiday glitz.
The family room is our colorful tree. I decided to hang my advent cones on this tree.
We love looking in the cones each day for a family activity. I bought some bubble lights because they remind me of my childhood trees.
I stole this idea for covering candles in wrapping paper from Amanda at Imprefectly Beautiful – thanks Amanda!
and I hung a fresh wreath above the couch. I love the smell of fresh pine!
The mantle holds our stockings. I love sitting by the cozy fireplace on cold Winter nights.
And our little family cabinet has pictures and a big snowman and burlap tree I made last week.
And I have a little table in between my family room and kitchen where I display holiday things. Right now it looks like this:
I put a small tree in the basement, along with my snowmen collection.
