Today is Mod Podge Mania over at Xazmins! I am so excited because I actually got my project done on time this month!
I was going to do a different project for Mod Podge Mania, but I was over at A Soft Place to Land the other day and saw a link to the cutest project – I just knew I needed to make one for myself!
Lindsey at The Pleated Poppy has a really darling blog and sometimes Nicole (her sister?)is a guest blogger. Well Nicole came up with this cute idea: Family Rules. She has the complete instructions HERE. So yesterday I made ours. I just love it!
I did a few things differently, first I scrounged around in my scrapbooking supplies and found all of the letters and used those. She printed hers off of the computer. I also used ribbon on the canvas and some embellishments like the flower and some rub-ons.
I put the canvas in my kitchen eating area where it will be visible and a good reminder to the kids. Go on over to Xazmin’s and see all of the fun and creative projects – it’s so fun!

I LOVE IT!!! im goingto make it this weekend. but it wont let me open her full directions…. how do you get the scrapbooking paper to stick and then do you mod podge it when done?THANKS FOR SHARING!!!
